Most homes use single-phase electricity, which supports EV charging up to around 7kW. Three-phase supplies allow faster charging speeds up to 22kW.

For straightforward projects we offer free initial quotations. For larger, bespoke or technically complex builds, we may charge a fee to cover detailed surveys, design input and cost planning. This ensures you receive an accurate, fully considered proposal rather than an estimate. Any such fee is refunded in full if we are awarded the project

Every solar PV, battery storage and heat pump installation is individually designed around the specific building, energy usage profile and long-term performance requirements. This ensures the system is correctly sized, compliant and delivers reliable savings over time.

We typically start with a short design review, assessing the building fabric, energy usage, future plans and available roof or land space. This allows us to confirm suitability, expected performance and likely savings before any system is specified.

System sizing is based on real data, not guesswork. We assess electricity usage, building fabric, heat loss (for heating systems), future demand such as EV charging or extensions, and any grid or export limitations. This allows us to design a balanced system where generation, storage and heating work efficiently together.

Most domestic EV chargers can be installed in a single day depending on cable routes and electrical upgrades required.
