Are you fully insured and accredited as a building contractor?

Yes, Newell Contracts is fully insured and operates to all relevant industry standards and regulations. We work with approved subcontractors and maintain clear documentation and certification throughout the build.

Can you manage the entire project from design to completion?

Yes. We operate as a full design-and-build contractor, coordinating planning, construction, renewables and compliance under one team. This joined-up approach ensures a smoother build process, fewer delays and clear accountability from concept through to final handover.

Do you charge for detailed quotations?

For straightforward projects we offer free initial quotations. For larger, bespoke or technically complex builds, we may charge a fee to cover detailed surveys, design input and cost planning. This ensures you receive an accurate, fully considered proposal rather than an estimate. Any such fee is refunded in full if we are awarded the project

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Northern Ireland and deliver construction projects across Belfast, Co Antrim, Co Down and surrounding counties. For larger residential and commercial projects, we can also work further afield by arrangement
